What are your shipping policies?

• we are not responsible for delayed transit

• once the package is marked “delivered”, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages

• please be patient with orders around holiday times

• PLEASE NOTE: Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.
  

What is your return policy?

• returns are not accepted unless product is damaged during transit. Photo proof must be provided within 14 days of delivery for an exchange/return. Please contact me through artbyeri98@gmail.com

How are orders packaged?

• posters are rolled, bagged, and sent in an eco-friendly mailer tube

• small prints are sealed inside an acid-free cellophane bag with a chipboard to avoid weather damage or bending. They are then packaged in an eco-friendly rigid mailer!

What paints do you use?

• I use “Golden Acrylic” for my acrylic paintings

• I use Winsor & Newton Oil Colour paint tubes for my oil paintings

• my brushes are typically Aspen Princeton brand

• I paint on gallery wrapped canvases

Do you accept commissions?

• I am open for most commissions! I normally accept them based on subject matter (I mostly focus on floral paintings or landscape scenes). If you are interested please reach out through artbyeri98@gmail.com
